Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from accessing or using a purchased service due to a fault on our end, we will offer a full refund.

Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase a service on PitchYourSkills.co.uk, you may be eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been accessed or used.

Refund after 3 days of purchase: Should you decide that you are no longer interested in attending the showcase. We accept refunds of nothing later than 48 hours. Anything later than this will not be accepted.

What is Not Refundable?

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

Services Used: Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been accessed or used by the purchaser.
